Annabelle Gurwitch
Annabelle Gurwitch was an American comedian, actress and TV host. Particularly known for her role as host of Dinner and a Movie (TBS) as well as an environmental activist and religious issues. Annabelle Gurwitch has been a highly regarded actress for many years and is also bestselling memoirist, such as No matter where you are, I can tell that you've made a commitment. When you say tomato, I'm saying shut up and fired! The show also featured The Showtime Comedy Special. Gurwitch was the long time host on TBS's Dinner & a Movie and people watching television remember her memorable appearances on shows such as Better Things Boston Legal Seinfeld Dexter Murphy Brown and also as host of the series on sustainability WA$TED on The Planet Green Network. She makes regular appearances in PBS Newhour Real Time with Bill Maher and on NPR in addition to writing Op-ed pieces for New York Times WSJ The Hollywood Reporter and satire pieces for The New Yorker and McSweeeneys.
